On top of all that he has a great personality and is easy to talk to. Our sense was that he was very successful and didn't need to make a sale, but was more concerned in a having a satisfied customer.One standout moment was when we were picking out an Sunbrella enclosure to match our coral-colored cart. Ryan walked us through a book of fabric options and we were having trouple finding one that worket with the Coastal Blue color. Bill, the Service Technician overhead the conservation and reminded Ryan that a cart was in for repair and that it had a pattern that wasnt an exact match to coral color, but had a color that he thought complemented it perfectly. It wasnt what we thought of, but it looked great and we selected that fabric. Bills attention to detail and his willingness to help made the experience even better.Were tough on giving out five-star reviews, as we own a secret shopping company that evaluates golf courses, resorts, and hotels, so when we give a five-star rating, it means youve excelled in every area.
